You can pick up your order during any of the pickup times listed in the drop page where it says "Pickup on..." We also post this information on our Instagram page for reference as well. Raviolis that are not picked up within 90 days of the original date of pickup will be donated to 412 Food Rescue.

In most cases, each order is a dozen frozen ravioli. Certain times of year, we have fried ravioli that are sold by the 1/2 dozen. Those are indicated in the description on the page.

If you see "Combo" or "with XX Sauce" then you will receive sauce with that specific ravioli order. Otherwise, the ravioli comes without sauce, and you can choose your sauce type a la carte before you add it to your cart.

Sales/drops happen in the beginning of the month on Sunday at noon. Customers place their order, choose a pickup time - 2-3 weeks in the future, then check out. We get to work on the orders over the the next few weeks, and have the made-to-order ravioli and sauce packaged for pickup week. This cuts down on food waste, so that we know all the ravioli we make are going to homes, rather than being left on a shelf - never reach a dinner plate. Because that is just a very sad thought for these little stuffed pasta dumplings.

We do not offer refunds for our Learn to Make Ravioli classes. If you cannot make it to class, you may receive credit for a future class or ravioli equal to the cost of the class.
