About Saint Ravioli

Saint Ravioli began as a way to take something that I was good at (making ravioli) and hopefully help some people during the early days of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. As I was forced to work-from-home and restaurants were forced to shutdown in early 2020, I decided to start making ravioli for friends, for a donation (if they had the means), or as gift for out-of-work restaurant industry folks. After making over 1000 dozen throughout early 2020, I decided to relaunch my ravioli concept in November of 2020, just in time for Thanksgiving. With a lot of people still on lock-down and not gathering like they normally would for Thanksgiving, I wanted to provide ravioli for them, while also working together to raise money for homeless women in the Pittsburgh area. Throughout the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays we raised over $700 for the shelter, Hearts of the Homeless.

Into 2021, I have continued to try to grow the brand, offer new and seasonal ravioli options, and still keep the altruistic ethos that Saint Ravioli was founded upon.

Saint Ravioli will continue to always be a “hand-made” ravioli concept and hopefully other pasta varieties and shapes will follow.

Located in the Bloomfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh (Little Italy), I plan to work with local restaurants, markets, wine makers, and neighbors to provide high-quality and inventive flavors for you all to enjoy!
